Plantago ovata husk

Composition :
Isabgul husk  50g

Indications :
It is used in the treatment of constipation
caused  by  inadequate  fibre  intake,
chronic diarrhoea, irritable colon syndrome,
colostomy control and hemorrhoids.

Dosage :
Adult : 3.5 g (1 sachet) slightly pre-swollen
with little water and taken morning and
evening with abundant (1-2 glasses) water.
In diarrhoea water should be minimum or
as directed by the physician.

Keep in a cool, dry place & away
from light.
Keep out of the reach of children.
