Ashwagandharista

Composition :

Each 5ml contains extract of
Ashwagandha : 500 mg
Talmuli : 200 mg
Haritoki : 100 mg
Rashna : 100 mg &
other ingredients.

Indications :

Effective in nervous debility, general weakness, insomnia, mental convalescence and enhance memory. It is also a supplement of vitamin A, B, C, D, E, K.

Dosage :

Adults : 2 – 3 teaspoonful 3 times daily,

Children : 1-2 teaspoonful 2 times daily or as directed by the physician.
